This is not sustainable. You paint unity as somewhat fluffy, but it's far from it. A nation, like individuals, cannot stand divided. It becomes weak and gets taken over by others.
All of us--ALL of us--need to take a good look at ourselves and see how we've contributed to the conflict. We are all complicit.
Employing controversial rhetoric might get views, likes and shares, but it does little to arrive at understanding the perspectives of others. In fact, the controversial rhetoric and desire for views, likes and shares only points to an individual's internal conflict that needs to be resolved.
